Overall grade -------- C

First of all there should not be any teaching or explaining in Thai language. This is an English class. If the students don't understand something then find another way to explain in English.

Vocabulary was only 3 words. If this was from a text and that was all they gave for vocabulary you really should supplement the vocabulary. At 3 words per week the students will be ready for university at retirement age. These kids need more exposure to words to be successful speakers of English.

A word or two about filler words. Yes, they are a part of what people do when they are speaking. Generally they are not considered to be acceptable speech by academic standards. It is good to point out why people use filler words and what it being indicated by using them. Still, you should never encourage students to actually use them but you should discourage their use.

The whispering activity and the raise your hand activity may have involved speaking but totally lacked the communicative property. You recycled the same few questions through both activities. That does not keep the attention of the students.

Your can/can't you activity was pretty good. This involved speaking and the communicative aspect. I think the students could do much more with that though. Expect more from your students and they will learn more.

Remember your classroom management. Walk around the room more and check on students writing in their notebooks. Give them individual praise when you see them doing a good job.
