Overall grade ------------ C

First of all there should not be any teaching or explaining in the Thai language.

When teaching or explaining things it should not take that much time. Give more opportunities for the students to speak and create samples to go with your lesson.

Watch your grammar. You said "You need to rise the sound...", it should be "You need to raise the sound...."

When correcting students don't just say "no, no,no" and walk away. This is bad for their confidence. You need to keep things positive. You could say "Are you sure about that?" or "Does anyone have a different answer?" Let the student realize he made a mistake in a positive way and learn from it that way.

Your activities may have marginally covered the requirements of speaking and communicative, however, they were poorly executed and you recycled the same few questions throughout all of the activities. This does not help with maintaining interest in learning English. These students are capable of so much more. Take some time to review Bloom's Taxonomy and find some upper level activities for the students to engage in.

Remember your classroom management. Walk around the room more and check on students writing in their notebooks during your vocabulary and grammar presentation. Give a little individual praise to students who are doing well.
