Your overall teaching is good. It was good to remind students to take notes on grammar and remember to do this with vocabulary also. When having students create sample sentences to share with the class you really should have the whole class write a sentence down in their notebook and then call on students. Just asking for general volunteers you will find that many students don't bother trying. Your communicative strategy of asking for repetition was a very good skill to teach. It would have been great to see you model it throughout the lesson just to get the students used to the fact that it is ok to ask for repetition if they didn't hear correctly the first time.
Your whisper activity is more of a listening comprehension activity. There was no communicative part in that activity.
The scripted role play was much better. I really like the method you used to pair up students but I wonder if there is a way that you could speed up that process, it was very time consuming the way it was done.
The role playing was good. You missed a golden opportunity to expose your students to the names of countries that the students might not know and could have used in the role play.
Don't forget your classroom management. Walk around the room more. Check on the students writing in their notebooks. Give them some individual praise if they are doing a good job with their notes.
