Presentation
Before showing lead in video set a purpose by having students find the answer to a question or two. After the video call on individual students to answer the questions.
Vocabulary
Students should take notes on vocabulary in a notebook. This is a crucial part of the learning process. It was good that you were involving the students to a small degree with the vocabulary presentation. During that time it would be good for you to move around the room more and see that the students are taking notes.
Structure
Here again, students should be taking notes into a notebook.
Jigsaw strategy
Streamline your instructions. Give all directions before you let the students move to their groups. Good you gave them 15 minutes, but display the time left on the screen. Its a very good management tool.

Missed opportunity -- explain that hurricanes are the same as typhoons and cyclones and where each word is actually used.
Activities
The first two activities really had nothing to do with cooperative learning. Choosing answers to multiple choice questions is hardly a learning activity. Solving a problem is more of what cooperative learning is like you did on the third activity. I really liked the third activity of creating a weather forecast for Thailand. Would have been better to replace the USA maps with those of Thailand.
Another missed opportunity here would have been a cooperative learning exercise where students brainstorm ideas for changing their plans based on a weather forecast.
