Khata-in 009 Supermarket
Overall grade ----- D+
Honestly this is a perfect video to show 4EN students what not to do when they are interns.
Vocabulary
This was absolutely dreadful. You had your students just sitting on the floor watching you present a few vocabulary words. This is an absolute waste of time for more than half the class. Students need to write down notes to commit information to long term memory. This is a great example of why students are inadequately prepared for university as far as their English skills are concerned. Computer assisted Language Learning does not mean you abandon everything else. Bring in authentic materials to enhance your presentation. Take your own photos of the supermarket. Make the lesson more relevant in the lives of the students.
Unison reading
This is one of the worst teaching methods anyone could ever use. Call on individual students to read text on the screen. When you call on individuals you can evaluate their skills and know where you need to make lesson corrections. After unison reading when you say things like "very good", you are justifying lazy students' behavior because they will think that being lazy is "very good".
"Do you understand?"
Never, never, never ask your class this question. They will always say yes. Call on individual students to repeat what you said in their own words. If they can't, then you know they didn't understand.
Classroom Management
Walk around the room more. Are you afraid of the students? Interact with the students more during your presentation.
Do any of those students have names? If they do, use their names. Connect with the students. Call on individuals to answer questions.
Conversation activity
Put the directions on the screen and have individual students read them and then make sure they understand but not by asking them "Understand?" Give them a time limit and display the remaining time on the screen.
The game
I totally failed to see where there was any cooperative learning. Students sat in groups and sent a representative to the front for individual competition.
The game may have been fun for students but as a teaching tool this was an absolute failure. This was based solely on simple recall questions, Blooms level 1. Expect more from your students.
Assuming this was a good activity choice, when you go over the directions model what you want the students to do. Don't just tell and expect them to understand. Show them.
Really, honestly, if you are not familiar with Bloom's Taxonomy, research it. Start incorporating Level 5 and 6 questions into your teaching. This is how you get students to excel in their learning.

Re: Khata-in 009 Supermarket
Thank you for many useful comments. However,Dear professor, According to the cooperative learning, there are many models we've learned. For the video concept we need to choose those models applying to our teaching. The models I used are Jigsaw model for teaching text and TGT (team game tournament) for reviewing. Moreover, each model has explicit steps. For example, TGT model has its steps following this link http://www1.udel.edu/dssep/teaching_strategies/tgt_coop.htm
This method students need to discuss first and then they need to send a member to play game round by round collecting point, the group that has the most points is the winner. That's why you said "I totally failed to see where there was any cooperative learning. Students sat in groups and sent a representative to the front for individual competition." on the comment.
