Things to work on
1. Work on giving directions, they were very choppy
2. Vocabulary presentation and Structure-Students should be writing the words into their notebook.
3. Check for understanding during the presentation was very ineffective, use Blooms taxonomy to improve questions.
4. Walk around the room more!! Are you afraid of the students?
5.Eliminate unison reading. You are losing opportunities to evaluate students' skills and build confidence in them.
6. Call on individual students to answer questions. Use their names.
7. During the writing segment you showed a paragraph that was not indented and did not make note of that. Watch those minor details.

Strengths
1. The instruction on Cornell notes was very good. This should be done with every lesson. See note above on vocab and structure
2. The listening exercise was great and should be done weekly. Eventually they should be able to write the whole sentence not just the blanks.
3. During the speaking activity you did a great job of pointing out some errors for everyone to learn from without making the students feel bad.
4. The speaking template was good. Work towards getting kids off the template though and making their own speeches.

Personal Request - Please don't use the word "lovely" It is so overused in Thailand. Expose students to some different words.
